In 2016, I was thrilled to be able to offer exclusive farm-to-table tours at Johnny Lynch's amazing water buffalo farm in Kilnamartyra!
As the fourth eldest of eleven O'Sullivan siblings from the Lake Hotel family business in Inchigeela, I've poured my heart into the culinary world, blending my passion for Culinary Arts and Business.
This journey helped make me realise my dream of owning an award-winning restaurant in Clonmel, Co Tipperary, Ireland!
Now, I feel truly blessed to focus on crafting unforgettable and delicious farm tour experiences for everyone living, passing through, or holidaying in this region of the Lee River Valley in Cork!
Join me for exciting Farm/Foodie tours at Johnny Lynch's Water Buffalo Farm in Gaeltacht Mhúscraí, where I share my skills in tour guiding, dairy buffalo farming, animal welfare, and even "cheesy" recipes, all sprinkled with local culture and plenty of laughter.
