Thank you for the amazing support for my tourism business this year!
The beautiful Macroom Buffaloes will be taking a well-earned break for the Winter.
Our farm tours will close from the 2nd of December for Christmas and  New Year.
We will be back together for more fun tours and tastings from the 1st of  March, 2026.
We look forward to welcoming you to the farm.

Hello and Failte Isteach,

Join me at Johnny Lynch's Water Buffalo Farm in Kilnamartyra, Co Cork for an enriching and unique FIELD-to-TABLE experience for family, friends and colleagues.

Since 2016, I have been offering BESPOKE GUIDED FARM TOURS on behalf of the  Lynch family by sharing insights into their WATER BUFFALO FARM and  CHEESE MAKING skills here in Ireland.  Meet their ITALIAN MEDITERRANEAN water buffalo species,  and taste FARM FRESH buffalo milk cheeses and yogurts made on the farm.

As a professional CHEF,  I  enjoy preparing DELICIOUS tasting boards for you to enjoy on the tour, featuring buffalo products, herbs, and salads from my garden, complimented with a few favourite locally produced chutneys, jams, cream, and butter from the RIVER LEE VALLEY and GAELTACHT MHÚSCRAÍ region. Experience a meaningful connection to our people, land and culture, filled with FUN and laughter that is uniquely Irish. I offer three distinctive tours for various group interests. Check above on the menu to see more information and enjoy the video below.

Bye for now,  Slán go foill,

"We had a fabulous trip yesterday. The girls and I were blown away with your passion and enthusiasm for the enterprise. Such a magnificent business. We had an open evening at the school last night and spoke highly of our field trip to your plant yesterday. Wishing you all the very best of luck in the season ahead. We will organise another visit next year."
