Since 2016, I have been offering exclusive farm-to-table tours of Johnny Lynch's premier water buffalo farm in Killnamartyra. I am the fourth eldest of eleven O'Sullivan siblings from the Lake Hotel family business in Inchigeela. With a strong background in Culinary Arts and Business, I have worked in all aspects of the hotel and catering business, culminating in fulfilling my dream of owning an award-winning restaurant in Clonmel, Co Tipperary, Ireland.
At this stage in my life, I feel very blessed to be able to focus on creating unique and delicious farm tour experiences for all ages in my locality. I conduct these tours on Johnny Lynch's Water Buffalo Farm in Gaeltacht Mhúscraí. My skills now include tour guiding, dairy buffalo farming, animal welfare, food demonstrations, and creating "cheesy" recipes, with a sprinkling of local culture. I hope to meet you there!
