Dear Dorothy,

Many thanks for a delightful tour in glorious sunshine. Thanks too for a lovely lunch and great company. I would certainly recommend this tour to anybody, the delight in seeing Water Buffalo up front and the very informative history of Macroom Buffalo Farm producing great

Buffalo Mozzarella, etc,

Anne Lee,

Hello Dorothy,

I just want to thank you for a great tour today.

The students and teachers were blown away and thrilled all together. The whole tour was professionally done.

I am sure I will be back again with another tour,

All the best,

Caroline Buckley

Crosshaven, Co Cork.

Dorothy, we just have to let you know

how much we enjoyed meeting you

and learning about the buffalo farm.

You may not remember us but

we were part of the Murray, Piros, and Kropp group from Georgia and North Carolina, USA.

We visited you on the 14th of September.

Your tour was unquestionably

the highlight of our 10-day visit to Ireland.

We had some phenomenal tours

including exploring the wonderful

and historic Dublin city, golfing at Old Head, Falconry in Co Kerry, and a

private cruise off the Dingle Peninsula.

Your Culinary treats were out of this world. We can't stop telling our friends that

they need to visit you when

they travel to Ireland.

Thanks for the most memorable

and special time we spent in Ireland....

and that is saying a lot

Our pictures will follow.

Thanks so much again!

Hope to visit again in the future!

Best of Luck to you and the farm

Bob, Kim, George, Susan, Bill and Tina.

You will be amazed to see these tame, placid, and majestic animals graze the grasslands of Johnny Lynch's Home Farm in the South West region of Ireland since 2009.

Enjoy time outdoors, strolling in the fresh air, spotting the local flora and wildlife along the farm side country lanes and fields.

Meet us, locals, on the way.

We guarantee it's far from any maddening crowds you will be.

Listen to the fascinating story of how these Water Buffalo came to be in Ireland in 2009 from the farm guide, Dorothy, and the Lynch family.

Enjoy a guided tour of Dairy farming and Milk production, and learn more about how the Buffalo milk is delivered to the Cheesemakers. Taste a variety of buffalo milk cheeses made in the Home Farm's Dairy every morning at first light.

This is a truly remarkable farm-to-fork experience for you to enjoy in this region.

Just a quick note to say thank you again

for hosting our  Multinational tour.

The consensus was, that it was

the highlight of their trip.

The combination of the personal touch,

tour, tasting, and BBQ really made the event.

Please again send our gratitude

to Johnny and the family,

Marty and his wife, Emma for the BBQ, and

of course you for organising the whole thing.
